Thoughts on my training and nutrition

Hey guys

So I was going to just rush back into AAS but decided against it due to be 24% bf at the time. So I'm going the natural way of diet and exercise.

So used to do alot of power lifting during and after the military, long story short I let myself go blew up to 287 and 35% BF that was April 1st started to diet and train. Was considering AAS 24% BUT just kept my head down and kept focusing on diet and training. I was carb cycling and eating 2400 Cal's a day....well 1st week of June I switched up to keto 30P 65F 5C first week was rough but going good now but went to even more of a deficit stick between 1900-1950 Cal's

My training is consistent and solid I do cardio 7 days a week first thing when I wake up
Day1 insanity
Day2 t25
Day 3 2.5 mile run flat ground

And I repeat this in that order

Weights is in the afternoon before I go to work at 5
Day1 chest
Day2 arms
Day3 hamstrings
Day4 shoulders
Day5 quads
Day6 back
Day7 rest

There is 6 lifts per muscle group most are free weights some cables with 4 sets each 10-12 reps with some supersets

Then I finish with a slow 20 min LISS 6 incline 3.5 mph then I go to work I'm a bartender/server so a 6-8 hour shift running around.

What are your guys thoughts on this? I seem to be getting great results and seeing a good change in the mirror idk how accurate the Samsung gear 2 is but says I burn close to 4300 Cal's a day I'm steady losing 4-6lbs a week...

Now being back in the teens would it be bad to help my cut with some supplements

TBol,proviron,t3 clen....
I have done 2 cycles in the past and will be planning a lean bulk cycle come 12-14%bf is reached... I know oral steroids are kinda frowned on here but looking for something to possibly fight against t3 it would be a 6 week cycle with clomid as a pct

TBol 50mcg
Proviron 50mcg
T3 50-75mcg
Clen ramp up to 80mcg 2 on 2 off

Then when I'm ready this fall I'll be looking at a test e var tren cycle.... But just looking to get some feed back

If I left anything out let me know

Personally, nutrition wise, I would stick with carb cycling. If you want to stick to keto, that's fine either way. Just personal preference. Citrulline helps flush out the ammonia that is produced during ketosis.

Lifting wise... idk why you split things up so specific. Hamstrings and quads on different days? Why? Pick 4 exercises for each muscle group and completely destroy them.

Cycle wise. Quickly, drop proviron. There's no test, so there's no use for it. Even with test... not much benefit of running proviron. Do mast if you want DHT. Aromasin is your best bet if you are trying to keep estrogen in check.
Also clen is overrated IMO. Ephedra is better. Iodine is my new crush too, 25mg. Shits insane. Makes me feel like I was on 75mcg T3.
Now, the other stuff....
Why not do a low dose test? Would feel better than running tbol only for whatever specified time you would run your cycle for. Also, running test would allow you to do things a bit safer. I think the catabolism of T3 is far fetched, but at least using test would give you a good 12 weeks to play with T3 as opposed to trying to slam your body in 4 weeks.
 
Also another thing about training is your arm work.
Losing 4-6lbs a week is awesome progress, but you could maybe get some better progress in the gym and more calories burned if you cut out an arm specific day. Do those muscles really need a whole day to themselves?
Try something like
Day 1-Chest/Tri's
Day2-Back/Bi's
Day3-Legs
Day4-Chest/Delts
Day5-Back/Rear Delt
Day6-Legs
Day7-Rest

That way you can hit more compound lifts and work the same muscles from different angles. Like upper back/rhomboids one day and lower back/lats on the second day. Or you could work like a horizontal day for back working on Rows and a lateral day working on pull-ups and Pulldowns.
 
Thanks for the reply lean... Ok I'll drop the proviron... I just kept reading nothing but good things about it. How everyone wants in it their cycle now... And I read mast is only good for sub 10%... And the reason I split up the legs is just for an extra day in the gym... I like doing it 5 days a week... I was reading that some people like the TBol proviron combo with t3 and clen... What does iodine do for the body?

And the only reason I was kinda skipping the test was due to I'm still 19% BF currently but I am still cutting diet and training has been going well for 3 months now. And I hear how everyone bashes on people for doing anything above 15%... I was just hoping TBol alone was enough to help the catabolic affects of T3... I am doing eca right now btw it's helping alot especially with appetite..
I still haven't ordered anything but I have my cart ready at pharmacom just trying to figure out the damn Bitcoin thing.. and assuming it takes 3 weeks to get here I should hopefully be around 17% or lower by that time... What would you recommend for a cycle? Just wanting to cut right now as much BF as possible while retaining the base that I have.. then will bulk later on after

The sub10% rule with masteron is bull crap.
I love masteron. The sense of well being and drive I get from it is my favorite. Never done tbol, but oral only cycles arent going to help your energy levels.
Iodine helps your body produce more T3 hormone.
Proviron helps increase your free test levels, but it's not going to do much for you since test isn't a part of the cycle. The cost of proviron is too high for the little benefit it provides. MDHT would be a better oral choice.
For cycle I would do 150-200mg of test a week with 75-100mcg T3 and aromasin at 12.5mg.
The only thing I don't like about T3 is the hunger involved with it. Iodine seems to help my metabolism but doesn't boost it high enough to make me get huge hunger cravings.
 
I appreciate the advice, does pharmacom have mdht? Also I was looking around what are your thoughts on pharmamix 2 that has the test pH mast and tren? Along with t3 adex and clomid?
 
I don't know. I make my own shit. Way cheaper. And that way I know what's going on it and that it's nice and clean.
 
Yea idk how to make my own :( so I've read how everyone likes pharmacom it's a blend of 75 tren a 75 test pH and 100 mast per ML if I did that 1 ml EOD with adex and t3 by the time I get it I should be around 17% if I run adex with it do you think I'll be ok?

I don't know if you'll be ok. You could have a stroke or something. Anything can happen. I like aromasin more than any other AI personally. Doesn't knock your igf levels and it helps your bones out. Also it's mildly androgenic.
I don't think you should do a blend. Just run test. Maybe test/mast. But a low dose test cycle with T3 would be fine. No need to slam your system.
 
Thanks guys, I haven't got burnt out yet I enjoy it... I'm a single guy that lives on my own and works alot... So I have plenty of time to dedicate to myself to be healthier and in better shape... You're right I'm gonna stay away from the blend use test pp most likely with the t3... At the end of the month or so I'll look to switch back to carb cycling... I just got through the keto flew and feel pretty damn good... Hardly ever hungry and the fat seems to be falling off

We love our mast! I'm also with you on the "must be below 10% bullshit". I'm 15% and have always gotten great results with it.
 
Damn LC, that's some solid advice right there. Basically ended the thread with his first 2 posts. All I can say is I agree 100%

I'm a shill for mast. I love the stuff!! By far the best AAS in my opinion... I was pretty lean the first 2 times I ran it, but just this last time I think the leanest I got was around 15% and I still felt amazing. Still had shoulder veins.
