Thymosin Beta 4 aka Tb500
So a ot of you didn t like my last log so I am going to retry this.
This summer i strained one fiber of my pec and my pec felt strange for about 3 months. I tried a lot, for example stretching, hgh, a high fat diet and much more. None of it really did its job but then a month ago i tried something new. I orderd a shitload of tb 500 ( not saying where from . I am not entirely sure it was legit but pretty sure BECAUSE i flie like symptoms after the first few injections and all de pains i had in my tendons disappeared after about three weeks and my chest became more flexible again.)
So i ordered this TB 500 und shot 2 mg right in the morning with 2 ius of growth. I shot 1 mg right in my chest intramuscular, as it is said that shooting as close as possible to the injuried spot is beneficial. The other mg of TB 500 i shot in my ass, also IM.
The hgh i injected in my stomach SQ und i would have a meal with 50g Protein, 50grams Carbs and 30g of healthy fats( non saturated fats ) one hour later. In the meantime i didn t do anything except showering etc.
During my TB 500 cycle i was one a diet with a moderate amount of carbs, a high amount of fats and a high amount of proteins.
I still trained my back twice a week and arms and shoulder twice a week plus legs once. But i didn t train my chest.
I am one month into tb500 now and i will stop inhecting 4mg per week now and i will go down to 4 mg per month, administered IM in the ass twice per month 2 mgs.
I must say that it has helped me a huge lot and that my chest doesn t feel strange anymore!!!!!!
But this could also be due to natural recovery, but i don t think so, because during the 4 months before there wasn t such a great progress in healing.
I can reccomend TB 500 to anybody looking to heal faster, but i do not guarantee that it works for you too.
And even though it is said that TB500 doesn t have serious sides you might still want to consider it properly before taking it.
