Bearing in mind Anavar doesn't effect Test levels much (correct?)...

When is it most efficient to take 'var?

- in the morning with breakfast? yummy.
- before exercise?
- after exercise?

I say morning as it has a long enough halflife to last until the next day... just make sure you take it at the same time every day.
