I see quite a few 5mg tirz or sema. Anyone can vouch for someone carrying stronger mgs.
One vial of tirz 5mg. Is only 2 weeks since starting dose is 2.5mg.

I apologize if my post was confusing, I'm only looking for tirzepatide. I've been using it on and off for awhile. Starting at 2.5mg.
I love tirzepatide. Sema would make my stomach hurt and sick all day.
