I have tried Adex and aromasin but they don’t agree with me. Whilst my E2 is slightly high I’m not seeing any symptoms of high E2 so decided to do without.

Your E2 is not high at all, I'm surprised it's so low considering the t levels. I get double that on 375mg/week

You could try Calcium D-Glucarate and Dim which are natural and will lower.
