I had been meaning to ask this but it always slips my mind.
1. Does anyone have a recipe for the above to be used like a pre-workout?
2. I read quite a bit about TNE today about using it as a pre, some pople stated that when made in oil it takes too long to kick in, something like 1-3 hours. You have to get it just right in order to enjoy the benefits while in the gym.
I have also read that making it with oil softens the pip.
Others say that making it with distilled water makes it kick in faster but it hurts like hell from the pin when it kicks in.
Since I don't know anything more because I have never used it I am looking to gain some knowledge. Can someone experienced offer some knowledge?
