To blast or not to blast. Pics included.

Greetings fellow drug abusers.

I've been running only 140mg of test since december last year. Currently been on a cut for 12 weeks. Feeling like crap, weak and flat but still fat.

Blurry back shot, you can see how much fat i am holding on my lower back and it's driving me fucking crazy.
Little bit of pump, fueled by 100g of carbs combined throughout the day.
Older pic where i was 16kg heavier on a bulk.
Lastly, to put things into perspective, my best physique ever.

Initial plan was to cut until the end of the year but i'm feeling pretty bad and i don't know if there's a point in trying to continue this.
If i'll keep cutting sooner or later i will cave in, stop the cut and some sort of rebound is inevitable. If it will happen later i won't have enough time to get my food intake back to normal because i would like to cut again before summer.

I am considering stopping the cut right here, blast for next 16 weeks, try to get my metabolism back to normal, (hopefully) not get extremely fat, start cutting again in april and try to stay lean without feeling like trash until the end of summer.

When it comes to legal substances prescribed by a doctor: for starters, i was thinking about 300/250/200 test/mast/tren + 20mg sdrol ed + 1-3mg mtren (if my mtren didn't go bad) because this is what i have on hand and i would prefer not to go full Michelin Man right off the bat.
Before anyone will mention saving tren for a cut, it is simply impossible for me to cut on tren because i get so fucking hungry i have to eat every hour.

End goal is something close to "my best phyusique ever", hopefully bigger and stronger. I would rather get to that stage without becoming a cell-tech frog first but i never managed to get any recomp effect.
First off i would like to know if i even potentially qualify for a blast based on my body fat and i would like to hear your thoughts about entire thing. I could ask my internet friends for advice but i decided to ask here because random strangers will most likely give me unfiltered opinion without sugarcoating.
 
One way or the other you’re gonna have to figure out how to get past the point you’re at now. Either now, or after this blast.
I’ve made the mistake of blasting starting from too high a body fat, one I won’t be doing again.

Imo you’re fine to blast (bf wise) if you’re gonna try and keep it clean, but there’s not much room for fat gain if you don’t want to get sloppy.

Then there’s that pesky cut after.. how you gonna not end up in the same boat??
 
Great physique brother. You're leaner than alot of people who start a blast. If your cut is stalling I would definitely do a blast/bulk like you have planned. Wouldn't go over board on the calories but a slight deficit to stay fairly lean and let the drugs do their work.

All I'll say is if you're gonna bulk on tren, don't get discouraged. I find bulking on tren I look "flat" no matter how many carbs I eat but when the tren gets out of my system I see the magic it did

I think you have it. We all have insecurities and we are our own best critics.

Speaking of gaining lean body mass you don't need to become fat or bulky to get it. You might just choose to do the following.
1) increase training intensity and or volume
2) adjust your diet to fit your goals, either increase or decrease in calories and also important is protein intake.
3) add other anabolic in or increase Testosterone dosage to suit your goals.

It's a pyramid effect where you combine all three to get the best results.
 
I'd add GH in and maybe bump the test up a bit and forget about blasting/cruising. Just stay on that and you'll look like your final goal pic or better

Obviously i forgot to make everything clear. I never try to eat big on a bulk. Over time i've noticed that my issue is crazy water retention. Last time i was gaining 0.5kg per day for 2 weeks straight. My feet were swollen like crazy.
This might also be related to the fact that i was working from home in recent years and it seems like 30 minutes of cardio + all day of being sort of active burns more calories than 1-2 hours of cardio + sitting all day. As of now i have normal job so i'll see if it will change anything.

I'm afraid i cannot afford GH, what doses you have in mind? Besides that i have skin cancer and i've heard that cancer + gh is a bad combination.

If you’re borderline too fat to start a blast a lot of us shouldn’t be on gear lol. I don’t see any issue running the cycle you have listed or you could always stay on your current dose and bring calories back up to a maintenance level for 4-8 weeks give your body a little break and then start the blast

Yes i know, maybe I worded it weird but I agree he is fine to blast. He was the one asking if he was lean enough and one other person said that there wasn’t much room to gain any fat on a bulk which I don’t really think is true
 
If your going for your best physique ever then I would bulk for a couple of month and enjoy the Christmas holidays.. Then start cutting.. I just feel if you cut now at your current size you might be disappointed by what you hold on to.. I could be wrong

The only way to gain significant size is to get a bit fat anyway so it depends on how big you are wanting to be..

Lean bulks are great.. But if your wanting more mass then eat dirty and put that weight on
 
I think doing a diet break would be best. Take a 2 weeks to 1 month off, up your Test to 200mg p/w, train a little less volume, and eat in ~500kcal surplus. After that continue with the cut. Sometimes all you need is a break from a physical and psychological perspective.

If you're hellbent on doing a blast, I'd advise against the Tren, M-Tren, and SDrol. Maybe go with something like Test @ 200mg, Mast @ 200mg, and NPP @ 100mg (if you're REALLY wanting to use a 19-nor).

Looks like I'm the only one to notice this. Is it even OK for you to use gear while you have cancer? What's the deal with that? Are you on any medication, does your doctor know?

Maybe getting your health in check would be the priority unless it's past that then blast it up to the moon.

I think docs even take women off of estrogen hrt if there's cancer involved. Anything that messes with igf-1 and other growth factors.
 
You are definitely lean enough to start a bulk.

300/250/200 Test/Mast/Tren is reasonable for a bulk, definitely going to grow on that and if you're smart about your diet you're gonna grow very lean, which makes cutting from April into summer very reasonable for you.

I guess the more important question is how will do you the cut in April? How lean do you want to be during the spring/summer? You can be a bit more aggressive with your post bulk cut if you are willing to run a bit more than 140mg Test a week.

I have 2 obvious weird spots on my skin. One is definitely cancer but it's not changing so no action needed. Other spot is BCC and requires to be cut out.
Pretty much everyone in my family had cancer (and died because of it), both from fathers and mothers side and it goes back to grand grandparents. As of right now my mother has throat cancer. Who knows what kind of thing is lurking inside me, waiting for GH gains.

Cruise dose of test and caloric deficit as always. I tried cutting on other stuff besides test but so far i found it counterproductive.
I might experiment with different stacks during the cut if i'll have enough money to waste.

Good luck bud, I hope it changes to the better. It sucks to be dealt with something you can't control like genetic predispositions but only thing you can do is make the best of what you have.

Good physique btw, shows hard work and consistency.
 
idk if anyone asked but whats your diet? You said your carbs are pretty low? Curious where you started? having cancer and using gear is not something i know anything about so i wont comment on that. But depeding where you diet is at i mean if your calories are really low then you would probably be ready to start a growing phase.

For past few years i eat exclusively: rice cakes, potatoes, boiled chicken breast, eggs, sometimes lean deli meat from my parents fridge, ketchup, pickles, tomatoes.
I drink tea, coffee and BOLERO drinks.
That's it. I don't eat anything else.

First 3 weeks consumed calories were ~1800 and later on ~1600 but i was still sedentary all day. I started a new job this week so i am moving and walking for 8 hours instead of just sitting on my ass. I still do one hour of cardio daily.

I don't know what you are asking about exactly. Physique, weight, calories, macros? Could you be more specific?

damn dude so youre not eating much. well I can say you are far from being fat bro so dont think you are fat. you look better than 99% of the population. so If i were you i would start upping food. protein should stay about 1 gram to 1.25 grms per pound, and then play with you carbs. depending how you respond to fats you could start with this. 1/3 of your cals from fat, 1/3 from carbs, and 1/3 from protein. idk how much you weigh but say you weigh 200lbs so that would be 200 grams protein, 200 grams carbs, and 90g roughly of fats. that would be around 2400 cals. so that gives you an idea where you can start with the diet. im sure you know how to eat but your cals are low thats why you dont feel good.
