Why do you think you need to do anything?

You seem more concerned about these numbers fella, so I'll tell you what I hope YOUR DOC told you, stop chasing lab values NOW

WHY did or were these tests performed? I mean I don't know of an indication for ordering tests in this manner!

Was a particular diagnosis being considered or was it something more like "test it all you never know what you'll find".

I well also say no 27 yo should have a TT level of 276ng/DL, IMO

Hey I do not want to bother you my life story, although for Doctors my (and other ''fellas'' with similar issues) TT is in range, and I am looking for peoples with knowledge who can help me. For lot of people this forum mean HOPE.

Do not respond to "sinfulmuscle's" PMs he's not trying to help you, he's here to get a few dollars in commission for whatever he tells you to buy.. Don't do it.

So may I assume that means YOU ordered all these tests.

Rest assured many desperate people post on Forums for "help" traditional medicine "can't provide" .

However for most the problem is psychosocial rather than physiological, and to that end the placebo effect becomes even more obvious.

People like "sinfulmuscle" actually prey on screwing people whom are "hopeless" bc they believe the unbelievable!

What drugs are you on? How's your sleep, diet, exercise? Stress in your life?

Those are all factors that can both negatively impact your T levels, and cause sexual dysfunction. I'd look at those first.

I am not naive, sinfulmuscle could effort better, if he want to earn some money in his profession, otherwise he should look for new job. Let's concentrate on solution of my problem which is no psychological. My TT and E2 can fluctuacte a lot during short time, look at this, I couldnt slee when I have high E2 and TT. When I had low TT, and E2 I was very sleepy. Doc said It's normal fluctuaction, nothing worry about:
30.12.2014

FT4: 1,29 NG/DL (0,7-1,48)

FT3: 2,77 PG/ML (1,71 - 3,71)

TSH: 0,14 (0,35-4,94)

ESTRADIOL 41 PG/ML [7,63-42,60]

Testosterone: 5,41 ng/ml [2,8-8]

LH: 2,16 mIU/ml [1,7- 8,3]

FSH: 1,21 mIU/ml [1-14]

3.1.2015
FT3 2,81 pg/ml
Estradiol 22 pg/ml
Testosteron 2,55 ng/ml

I already gave you my thoughts, a PEAK TT of 270ng/dl is NOT normal for a 27 yo male, and that's what I would focus on from a diagnostic and therapeutic perspective!

What have your doctors said?

- one gave small doses of testosterone in caps to restore secretion, it doesnt help.
-all other 4 said that fluctuatons of T is normal and my T also beacuse of it's in range
