A lot of you guys aren't new to lifting or bodybuilding, but I wanted to share some awesome videos for all of you guys, vets included.
For those of you that haven't seen them yet, watch a few Athlean-X videos on youtube and get some advice from a pro-sports trainer.
His style definitely leans towards athleticism and low body-fat vs pure bodybuilding, but most of his videos are more about excercise techinque and preventing inuries or getting the most out of your workouts without wasting 2hrs in the gym every day.
Given his profession, you can imagine there is absolutely no steroid talk, and honestly he looks all natty to me anyways.
I've spent several hours on these videos already and have incorporated a few new excercises into my routine.
No, I'm not affiliated, and no, I don't recommend you buy his training system that he mentions at the end of each video. This is just a collection of resources that have been really valuable to me. The biggest bonus though: he's genuine, likable, and doesn't come off like a know-it-all douche despite having fairly serious credentials, so the videos are an easy watch.

Below is a random sample vid that details a ton of core/ab exercises that you may not know about:
