But yes, most people train with shit form and too low of an intensity to really achieve much of any gains.
Unless they ask for help i dont bother as most people just get pissy about you pointing out their stupid shit. I feel bad for all of them wasting their time though.
You usually have the overachievers that do shit form, too much weight, half ROM and they train pretty hard, but stupid as fuck.
Then you have the pussies that leaev 10 reps in reserve on their hardest sets and just taking up space while they would achieve just as much walking on a fucking treadmill.
Also, fuck those attention whores that scream from their first fucking reps of a 12 rep set, Bro what the fuck are you doing, stfu.
