Total T blood fluctuations from same vial?

Attached are bloods pulled 2 weeks spark as I was trying to get my e2 under control. Similar timing and same exact vial and dosage (30mg test P each day). Only difference was I had 10mg aromasin 2 days beforehand and then had 10mg aromasin 1 day beforehand.

My test levels show a 10 point fluctuation level, which is super confusing to me. I pin fairly similar time each day, around 6pm. Is there external influences which can affect serum levels? I honestly thought they'd be pretty similar particularly from the same vial.

Sally takes a train home at 1600, arriving at the station at 1800. Every day, driving at the same rate, Chad (hopped up on Tren) meets her at the station. One day she takes the train an hour early and arrives at 1700. Chad (still hopped up on Tren) leaves at the usual time, so Sally begins to walk home. He meets her on the way and they get home 20 min earlier than usual. How many min did Sally walk?

Test again without changing this and post the results.

So exemestane could potentially affect serum levels of testosterone?

What are you worried about? There’s barely any change. Of course it’s not going to be the exact same number every time, that’d be ridiculous…
It's about 300ng in American figures I believe. It's not huge, but I was under the impression I'd get similar numbers by about +-100ng.

I'd had another prior to the first and had a 51.0 so that was kinda consistent. Still learning it all though so I'm not super surprised, didn't realise there would actually be a a variable number of Serum concentration even though I pin ed
