Total T fluctuations from same Vial

Just realised I posted this in wrong section before

Attached are bloods pulled 2 weeks spark as I was trying to get my e2 under control. Similar timing and same exact vial and dosage (30mg test P each day). Only difference was I had 10mg aromasin 2 days beforehand and then had 10mg aromasin 1 day beforehand.

My test levels show a 10 point fluctuation level, which is super confusing to me. I pin fairly similar time each day, around 6pm. Is there external influences which can affect serum levels? I honestly thought they'd be pretty similar particularly from the same vial.

Were the bloods drawn around the same time? Did you have alcohol, sex, or bad sleep the night before the second test?
Bloods drawn about 1 hour apart, so 845am for 1 and 945 for other.

Definitely don't have alcohol but I could have had sex or not night before either, I'm always pestering the Mrs. Didn't realise that sleep or sex could affect serum levels for exogenous testosterone though ?

Is the test sensitive/lcms Is it an immunoassay test/ECLIA? If it's the cheaper ECLIA test then the variation is more significant because the cheaper test is a lot less accurate.

Our bodies are not steady state, things are changing in them all the time and even when taking exogenous hormones in the same dosage at the same time, the levels in your body are not going to be consistent. There are a lot of variables in our bodies.

Likely just normal variation in your body combined with margin of error of the test. Also for men it is especially important to get the LCMS or sensitive test for E2. The cheaper E2 test margin of error is a lot more significant when you're dealing with smaller numbers.

Great reply thanks very much, will definitely go the LCMS next time

On serum test levels though? If anything I would think that less test has aromatized so it would be higher, but the test reading with lower e2 is still lower
Everything in the body is continuously in flex. It is not a perfectly well oiled machine doing the exact same thing every hour, day or week. Did you body produce more or less aromatase enzyme between those to tests? Who knows. I try to do things the same way for every test to have the clearest picture of what is likely going on. The more fluctuation i allow the more murky understanding results it. And the more guessing i need to do.
