Total testosterone to free testosterone Ratio

Hi guys, I’ve already searched the forum but couldn’t find any exhaustive answers. I’d like to understand what the optimal level of free testosterone is in relation to total testosterone. I’m considering not just TRT-related levels, but in general, including cases where total testosterone is above the normal range. Are there any standard or healthy reference values?

For example, if total testosterone is 1500 ng/dL, how much free testosterone should one expect to be within a healthy or optimal range?

Total and free testosterone values cannot be calculated in the form

"I do X, I'll get a value of Y."

Various factors come into play, such as the ester and carrier oil of the injected product. If you do a cycle with different products, for example, orals lower SHBG. Low SHBG = more free testosterone in the blood.

The same applies if you use DHT derivatives, 19-NOR.

These values should always be viewed and compared with E2, and a ratio can be obtained.
