Looks like a great big question mark to me too. I looked on there and there are a million suppliers, I contacted some and they certainly seemed legit but if its anything like buying finished products there are lots of sharks there too.

There are other china sourcing sites that rate the suppliers, so I would go with them and yes they are legit, I have used a couple places and prices are great and most of these companies are from pharma districts in china. But there are many that are scammers too, so I would find rated suppliers. The best source I have ever found was from there and still use them Im in gear heaven...
