BOP has one, so does M&S, hardcore underground, and steroid-forums dot com are a few I can think of. But as mentioned u might need to be a VIP member or have a certain number of posts before getting access to the trading forum. Some places have like a rating system based on previous trades to give u an idea of how "trustworthy" a member is. I use that term loosely.
