Training advice after time off from the flu?

I was out of commission with the flu for the past two weeks. I am feeling better now, but still a little week. Can anyone share some advice how I should proceed and start working out again? Keep in mind, there were a couple of days when I could barely get out of bed. I just want to get pumped again.

Don't kill yourself. Get back into it slowly. Lift lighter than you normally would. Let your body get accustomed to lifting again.
