training around an injury, help me out.

Guys,

I'm starting to lift heavy again for the first time since my right shoulder was surgically repaired last September. I'm doing a cycle of trenbolone. Could anyone help me with some guidelines as to how fast I should increase my work-weight, being that my muscles are probably getting stronger much faster than my joints can handle. Also, please recommend some good excercises for chest and shoulders that let me work around the injury as much as possible (I cant really do barbells or any non-isomotion machines).

Thanks

I had a major shoulder / bicep surgery a little over a year ago. as far as work load listen to your body. make sure you do interior shoulder excercises with bands or weights or you'll be right back under the knife again. I quit benching. I use hammer strength machines or dumbells, Ive lately been able to do dips but not with any extra weight.as far as shoulders go I do presses but only with dumbells it allows me to keep my hands at an angle that doesn't bother my shoulders plus I do Lat raises with a weight that I can handle for 10-12 reps..... If you have access to HGH I highly recommend it.... 11

I went through this and even if you have to change gyms you should find one with Hammerstrength machines. They are great for iso and slowly upping your wieght.

That being said. The fastest way to reinjure yourself is using gear while coming back from injury. To me 5 months back from surgury is short to powerlift. .

Most people cant help themselves and the gear takes over and pushes you further than you should go and bang your on the sideline. It has happend a few times to me on the squat rack where I tweaked my back because my legs were strong enough but my back wasnt.
