i just got done reading the "What I believe about training" and i'm very interested............... so if u could take alittle time to shed some light on what your talking about i'm willing to listen and learn from it........ how u train...... your split........ wat weight i should be going for...... how often to train....... and anything else u would like to add....... thx alot

Most of what I believe to be true about training was in that thread. If you go to www.readthecore.com and read my articles, plus read all the stickies on this training section that will give you a fantastic idea of what my thoughts are.

Also, I have posted some excellent routines for strength and whatnot, though I believe nothing to be as good in the beginning as the 5x5.
