I have a friend who absolutely can’t train in the evening because he just can’t fall asleep for half the night afterward - the adrenaline is through the roof. Even if he finishes his workout at 7 PM.Agree having a couple meals & plenty hydration before working out is much more productive imo
But if your only other choice is after work, close to bedtime, which can be bad for sleep, I'd go with a morning workout after a light meal
Gainz go to shit if you're not sleeping well
So he’s forced to wake up earlier and train in the morning instead. Everyone’s different!
