Hey Guys

I have 2 training programs listed below. The 1st one is my usual program which is a 5 day routine and the 2nd is a 6 day routine which means training every body group twice a week. My question is which will work better whilst im on the gear? I don't want to over train but due to the gear i think my recovery should be alot quicker than normal. I am taking 300mg of deca and 250mg of primo test.

Day 1 - Back, Forearms, Lower abs
Day 2 - Chest, Bi's
Day 3 - Quads, Hamstrings, Obliques
Day 4 - Shoulders, Calves
Day 5 - Traps, Tri's, Upper Abs

Day 1 - Chest, Tri's, Lower Abs
Day 2 - Back, Bi's
Day 3 - Legs, Shoulders, Obliques
Day 4 - Chest, Tri's
Day 5 - Back, Bi's, Upper Abs
Day 6 - Legs, Shoulders

Cheers

For one it is a nonsensical question and for two the cycle is not a very good one.

First off training on gear doesnt need a whole different type of training, plus with the long esters of enanth and deca you will likely overtrain on the 6x/wk program, before the 5th week when gains start to come.
If for example you usually train 3x/wk.. jumping to a 5 or 6x/wk session plan is not a great plan.

As i stated above, you can see why is is kind of a nonsensical question - ie. it is irrelevant given what people know about you. Nothing.
Train as you normally do and if you find you have more recovery either use it to eat or add a day to train a lagging bodypart.
If you try to train 4x/wk usually but make it 2-3 times usually.. then making sure you go in all 4 times will be progression enough.
The increases in load, intensity and volume will come naturally as the AAS begin to work - so a overhaul of work in lieu of some anticipated uber-recovery is not a great idea. See where i am coming from mate?

Secondly it is quite common to use more testosterone than nandrolone as the suppressive and libido ruining properties of nandrolone are quite powerful, (IMO it is the prolactin that is the big issue other than the potent HPTA suppressive qualities of the drug) so much so that a mere 250mg of test is unlikely to make up for it in most guys. Saying that, IME most guys on their first cycle have less sexual disfunction than those more "experienced" with AAS.
Still, it doesnt hurt to be sure... and seeing as 100% suppression will occur with the doses you suggested, one may as well "do it properly" with a overhaul of the Test'rone dose.
If it were me i would run the test at 400mg/wk at least and preferably 500mg/wk - split over 2 injections of 250mg of course.
The deca i would also inject 2x/wk even though the half life is 7 days it will still be easier to dose with the Test injections, and of course produce more stable blood levels.

I worry about your ability to run a cycle with the minimum of sides and maximum of results - but i am a caring soul in that way.

Good luck with that ;)

I expect you are training for gains in size and strength, not cutting?
If so your recovery may not necessarily be faster, due to the increased poundages, stressing your body. This is why 3 days a week training can be very good for size, strength and bulking,as more recovery is needed after the body is shocked with the increased poundages.
If you stuck to the same weights ,sure you will recover faster and could train every day of the week.Once you start cutting into new realms of strength, it takes a big toll on you, even with anabolics.
If you were cutting and doing a lot of cardio running a caloric deficit it may be better to do more workouts depending on how close you are to your goal.
