training scenario question

Hey everyone, I have begun a new workout routine that I will be following for the next couple of months. I'm focusing on compound movements as I am trying to gain more size over the winter. Here is my weekly workout routine(warm up sets not included)

Day 1(Monday): Power Lifting Day; Squats 3 x 3, Hang Clean & Press 3 x 3, Front Squat 3 x 3, Dumbbell Snatches 3 x 3

Day 2(Tues): Chest supersetted with Back; Flat Bench Barbell Press 3 x 3 superset with Deadlift 3 x 3, Incline Barbell Press 3 x 3 superset with weighted pull-ups 3 x 3, Decline Barbell Bench Press 3 x 3 superset with Bent Over Rows 3 x 3

Day 3(Wed): Biceps and Triceps; Moderate weight used/ 3 exercises for each -- just maintaining arms.

Day 4(Thurs): Light Abs/ Core/ Active Rest Day

Day 5(Fri): Repeat Day 1

Now we all have different training regimens we go by depending on our bodytype. I have not overtrained from this.

My question is involving deadlifts. Should I do partial deadlifts on Chest/Back day since a lot of my legs have been used the day before or should I incorporate Deadlifts on my powerlifting day? If I have to change what day I do deadlifts, should I change around my entire routine to allow for enough rest for my back so I don't overtrain it? Any constructive criticism would be very helpful.

Happy Lifting,

Robert

I would do 6 - 10 reps per set . I think you would build more size on that rep range. If it were me , i would only do deads every 2 or 3 weeks. The back also has to recover from squats and heavy rows and trap work . IMO
