training while off

how do most of you guys train while not "on" im ending a 8-week cycle of test e and deca and plan on staying off for at least 6-8 months i train 4 days a week not always same days due to family etc. about 3-4 sets all out intensity per bp 5'7 190# training 4+ yrs. any advice thanks

Well about 5 weeks after a cycle I take two weeks off from the gym to recharge. I still try to eat clean and enjoy the time away from the gym. Once back I'm super charged and ready to train like a mad man again.
