Training with caffeine

Damn man you guys are making me feel like a caffeine addict.

I take Woke AF Black atm and it has 375mg of caffeine in a single scoop. When I got really bored during covid I started double scooping and it was absolutely insane.

750mg of caffeine is no joke. But those lifts were some of the craziest I ever had. Made me feel like I was on TNE.
This amount of caffeine would make my heart go outside for a walk.
 
Can confirm this. 200-300mg theanine pairs well with albuterol, yohimbine and caffeine to ease out the jitters and stimmed out feeling.
It is necessary to replace in a shaker and try for yourself how it is in practice.
 
I’m the same way with caffeine. I have a happy place of 200-275 mg. Anymore I’m just not feeling good.

I don’t like to be too stimmed up while lifting.

I’ve experimented with high levels 500+ but it just destroys my lifts. The quality drops greatly because my mind just kind of turns in poop soup and I become retarded and I just start throwing weights around like an animal.

DMAA was by far my favorite stim ive ever used. Sadly it’s apparently awful for you.

Poop soup is a very funny comparison ;). In general, I agree with you, the same thoughts.
