Tren Ace and Test Cyp Cycle

Starting today, I will be on the following.
Trenbolone Acetate 300mg/weekly and Testosterone Cypionate 200mg/weekly.
Tren M/W/F
Test Wednesday
TRT Patient, no PCT needed.
Starting at 230 lbs and age 30 almost 31.
Current Workout:
Light Cardio 20 min before and after

Monday:
Squat 5x5
Bench 5x5
Deadlift 5x5

Tuesday:
Standing single arm dumbbell overhead press 5x5
Weighted chin ups 5x5
Weighted dips 5x5
Hamstring curls 5x10
Leg extensions 5x10

Wednesday: Rest Day

Thursday:
Squat 5x5
Bench 3x10
Deadlift 5x5

Friday:
Dumbell overhead press 3x10
Rowing exercise of your choice 5x10
Leg extensions 5x10
Hamstring curls 5x10
Biceps exercise of your choice 5x10
Triceps exercise of your choice 5x10

Diet: 6:00 am - 1 Scoop Protein Shake With Water(Nutrabio Protein)
9:00 am - 8 oz Egg Whites and 1 Apple
12:00 pm - 2 Chicken Legs, 1 cup Green Beans, 1 Sweet Potato
3:00 pm - 2 Chicken Legs, 1 cup Green Beans, 1 Sweet Potato
6:00 pm - 2 Chicken Legs, 1 Sweet Potato (Pre-Workout Meal)
9:00 pm - 1 Scoop Protein Shake With Water(Nutrabio Protein), 1 Apple and 1 Banana

So I presume the test C is coming from your dr?... Also I'm curious why you went with TREN Ace over TREN E or dbol... Is this the first time you've supplemented your TRT with extra gear?

Well, I have ran this cycle previously with Test E instead before TRT status. I have not ran with the Cyp yet... this will be my official second cycle. I plan on 19-20 weeks. Tren Ace bc it is what I am familiar with, and EOD injections really doesnt bother me. I've heard not soo good things about dbol, so i have been staying in my comfort zone with cycles. All I have really dabbled with was Test E, Prop, Cyp, Tren Ace, Winny.
 
Well good luck man. I'm interested to see your feedback over time. I just got my first dose of Cyp for TRT on Tuesday... What weight are you doing for squats and Deads? Mon&thurs seems like a lot
 
Did u mean ur goint to run tren ace for 19 or 20 weeks the only reason I ask is cause thats double what I c alot of people run it for some people dont even make it a whole 8 weeks before the sides are to much to deal with
 
I ran tren for 5 months. If you can handle the ace sides at week 3, you can handle them at week 20. Secondly, the tren sides tend to taper down anyway.

The problem with running tren - or any other compound - for 20 weeks, is that your receptors get less, well, receptive, to the compound so the effect seems to taper off around week 8-10.
 
Ok I have never used it personally I was just going off what I have read on meso I didnt know that you could run ace that long I always read people doing 8 week cycles an some bail out a week or to early cause the sides my bad bloodvot gl with ur cycle

I appreciate it brother, and yes as far as the sides, I do very well with the compound and literally have 0 sides. If anything, it increases my appetite insanely much.

I agree 100% with you. It can be done, it will be my longest ever on the compound, but I've heard good things if you can handle it that long.
 
Update: Gaining decent size mass so far. 2nd week in currently. Strength is through the roof, lifting weight that was not able to be lifted even on my previous cycle. Will post updated pictures soon.
Current weight being lifted on select exercises(Note: These are not my max, I do not max out, I up weekly to find my struggle to get that last set)
  • Bench: 245 5x5
  • Deadlift: 245 5x5
  • Squat: 135 (Have been avoiding squat due to balance issues...fucking brain surgery)
  • Leg Press: 305 5x5
  • Shoulder Press Hammer Strength Machine: 230 5x5
  • One Arm Dumbell Shoulder Press: 65 5x5
  • Dips: Body Weight 5x5
  • Chin Ups: 95lbs assisted machine 5x5(Back is a weak point for me)
  • Leg Ext: 135 5x5 (Legs also a weak point)
  • Leg Curl: 135 5x5
  • Sit down cable row: 195 5x5
  • Bicep Cable Curl Two Handed Straight Bar: 160 5x5
  • Isolated One Arm Dumbell Curl: 35 5x5 (Another area to work on)
  • One Arm Tricep Pull Down Cable: 40 5x5
  • V-Bar Tricep Pull Down Cable: 205 5x5
 
Test C is fine, ive ran Tren for a total of almost 6 months, I find after 15 weeks, I think was a waste all I did after that I would have to say was just maintain. I did 12 weeks of Tren E than 12 weeks of Tren A with 300m of test
 
I would switch to Prop instead of Test E, or C. Better synergy.
I would if I could, but I am a TRT Patient, so Test C is what I have to take weekly. I have basically ran every kind of test besides straight prop I believe. I was told my current 200mg weekly Test C and Tren Ace 300mg weekly is a good combo and in no way over doing it. I am still learning, every day I read more and more. But so far, I am getting some pretty decent gains as far as size.
 
Update from Yesterday:
Was able to throw up 275 on the bench 4 times after doing 5 sets of 5 at 225lbs. So that indicates that I need to up the weight. Even wasn't feeling the gym and had a headache.
