Tren Ace, Test Prop and Winny Cycle

Sup guys, got all my gear in this week and im looking forward to starting my cycle this Friday. This is my first time logging a cycle so im looking forward to all the help the vets can assist me with.

Me-
25 years old
6' ft
213lbs
Previous cycle experience, 1.)Sustanon/Anadrol 2.)Test E, Dianabol, Deca

Proposed Cycle:
Week 1-8 50mg Test Prop ED
Week 1-8 50mg Tren Ace ED
Week 4-8 50mg Winstrol ED

Ancillaries and PCT
Week 1-8 12.5mg Aromasin E3D (may vary)
Week 2-8 250iu HCG 2x a week
Week 1-8 0.5mg Cabergoline 2x a week

2 days after last injection
Clomid 100/50/50/50
Nolvadex 40/40/20/20

This is my first time with Tren so im open to all suggestions and tips. I've heard to minimize sides Tren should be shot ED and try to avoid carbs before bed to minimize night sweats.

I will be supplementing Melatonin, Glutamine, B12, Multi V and Osteo Bi-Flex throughout the cycle as well.

I will be updating with daily workouts as well but a general idea is
Sunday- Legs and Abs
Monday- Back and Bis
Tuesday- Jiu Jitsu class
Wednesday- Shoulders, Calves and Forearms
Thursday- Chest, Tris, Abs
Friday- Kickboxing/Muay Thai
Saturday- Jiu Jitsu Class

Thats pretty much it! Im open to all suggestions and ideas, see you Friday!

Quick update:

Pinned Friday on my left delt. No burn sensation or tren cough. Did have a slight metallic taste but it could of just been in my head. I switched up my workout this week due to my vacation so I hit chest and tris yesterday. No differences but what can you expect on the first day. Calories were around 3130 for the day.

Today was day 2 and pinned right delt. No pip today or in yesterday's for that matter. Hit back and bis today with a 3k jog. Have jiu jitsu class tonight as well. Side note: my head felt kinda warm after injection, kinda like that feeling when u have to much beta alanine in a pre-workout. Normal?

Moving on, probably won't update until next Friday so I have a full weeks cycle in the books.

daily work out the only thing that concerns me is there not one rest day unless your classes are pretty easy? if not just make sure you get a lot of sleep.
 
Yes Saturday class is only 45 minutes of light rolling. Rarely work on weekends so getting plenty of rest.

3rd shot today. Hitting legs and abs!
 
Perhaps an obvious thought for your consideration- and I admit to not having half the expertise as some of the other bro's here - I would be concerned with live sparring in those classes (tren & winny could lead to a guy suckin' wind with dry joints, dry joints getting twisted by your classmates sounds like an injury). I'd just look real good for the summer and fight later. Avoid injuries at all costs.

^^^^ I played football, but every guy I know who did winny ended up with pulled muscles or joint injuries. I'd imagine MMA has as much, if not more, potential for joint injuries. But then again, plenty of sprinters and what not have taken winny w/o problems.
 
Quick update: yes I should have mentioned I won't be doing any live sparring, which is a shame because I'd be working with Chris Weidman alot as he's getting ready for training camp. It will mostly be bag work for the matter.

Today was my 4th pin and got tren cough for the first time. Not a good time haha. Will give a full update Friday.
 
Weekly Update:

1 week in the books! Started today off with pinning in my calf and heading to kickboxing class. Took it easy and just did some bag work. Woke up at about 214.6lbs as well.

Sides:
Appetite is through the roof which is good, consuming around 3100-3300 on average a day. Very very slight night sweats, underarms on my wifebeaters will have a little persperation in the morning which ive never had. I do sweat alot more at work and at the gym tho.

Strength is up a little bit. Was able to push a little harder on my last sets and was more agressive. Ill be uploading week by week pictures as well to log my progress.

Ill be back mid week with more updates, i also took your guys advice and will be taking 1 full off day and adding my jiu-jitsu class at night to one of my lighter weight days.

Week 1 is below:
 
Bad idea with the calf injection. Not sure of its just very swollen because of virgin muscle or infected. Just to be on the safe side I started Keflex at 500mg twice a day. Will update as always.
 
Update:

Just got back from the doc. All the redness is gone on the calf and the swelling has subsided. My calves are normally 16" and Saturday morning it was 17.5". Yikes. It's now 16" and a little over 1/4. Still finishing the Keflex and rubbing Bactroban on as well.

Workouts having been insane and my appetite is ridiculous. I've been waking up almost every single hour for no reason, and I mean wide awake. I'll try to sneak in a low carb shake or some almonds. Ill give another update Friday with some pics.
 
keep up the good log man, I really appreciate guys who do one and follow it all the way through. How much weight are you going for? AAre you trying to stay in weight/class bracket or break through to a heavier one?
 
Thanks for the reply attic. I agree I've seen so many half finished logs so I'm doing my best to complete this one.

My goal is to basically just cut down. I grapple at LHW which is 180-189.9. I usually have no problem cutting weight and I walk around at 205-210. I'm hoping to cut weight with this cycle and gain strenght but if I end up gaining weight and finishing over 220 ill prob move up the next weight class.

August 24th is my tournament so even if I'm carrying some fat I have time to cut more.

I weighed 219 just an hour ago but I'm sure it's alot of water from work.
 
Week 2 Update:

Woke up 217.4 on Friday morning. I started the HCG as well yesterday.

Sides:
The main thing I've noticed is my cardio is gone.. Like completely gone. I feel winded just from doing simple tasks. I was shot during my kickboxing warmup before class even started. Insomnia is starting to kick in as well. Ill wake up randomly almost every 90 minutes, it sucks. Not really feeling might sweats but its still cool outside.

My workouts have been insane. I love the aggressive mindset and I find myself in the gym competing with everyone to lift more. I can easily push 3-4 more reps on most of my max lifts now. Once I get on my laptop ill post pics and more detailed workout info

I was thinking of starting the winny this coming Friday and running for 5 weeks as opposed to 4. Ill be getting bloodwork done at the end of week 4 as well.
 
Stick it out with the tren. You didn't say anything about stopping, but those sides should subside a little. Mine do.

Could be just me. Or it could just be between my ears.

But for me cardio seems to recover a little bit around week 4. 2nd week is the worst for me, I get winded walking up the stairs during week 2.
 
ALL SOUNDS GOOD ...UR USING A LOT OF TREN A WEEK FOR UR 1ST TIME WITH IT ...I WOULD NEVER INJECT IN MY CALF - THERE IS NO POINT OR REASON TO DO IT??:confused:

INJECT IN UR DELTS AND THIGHS AND TRICEPS WITH INSULINE SYRINGES AND ULL UNDERSTAND WHY IM SAYING TO DO IT ...NO PAIN AT ALL/ SLOW EASY INJECTIONS AND NEVER A DROP OF OIL COMES OUT IF YOU PULL NEEDLE OUT SLOWLY

your cycle looks well put together.

For me…I don't like winni… kills my joints.

and as i have said countless times. Tren is a beast for killing your cardio. especially as a fighter. I can't stress that more.

You will hit PR's in the gym lifting. But, at the sacrifice of being gassed most of the time.

Power through your cardio… even if you have to dial it down a little. Around week two the pumps will start coming in… shin, low back, and forearms. Grappling gets real tough. at least it did for me.

The cardio decline didn't back off for me. but as soon as tren is out of your system… your cardio will come back rather quickly.

Next cycle substitute Masteron for Tren. it doesn't effect cardio as much… with some of the same benefits. Not as pronounced.

-Yeah the nausea has gotten better and im definitely sticking through this cycle till the end.

-Well im pinning 7 days a week so i was just looking for new spots, which i wont be doing anymore haha. Im pinning delts, quads(top and side), and glutes.

-Yeah man I think the cardio was more of a shock thing as well. I woke up and I felt like I had pneumonia, couldn't breathe for shit. It's gotten alot better now though and im sure ill get used to it. I was thinking about adding some clen but i really dont need anything else to help me lose sleep. So far ive gotten pumps in my lower back, not as bad as compared to dbol back pumps though. Im taking alot of fish oil and osteo bi-flex so hopefully the winny isnt that bad, if it is ill just drop it.

clen works great but im not a big fan either from the shakes and feeling like my heart is gunna fail
if you dont like clen you can try t3/t4 or ephedra too

Epedra and aspirin yes…

i won't mess with my T3/4 either…

i guess i have my limits; since i don't compete. I will except the risk of AAS.
