been a week since my last post at 174lb got my six pack full back and gaining muscle still I got vain on my six pack and on my shoulders best cycle ever

Great thread - kinda posts I like to see. The humility is a good way to handle that kind of side effect, I like to add in a low to moderate dose of pot smoke to put things in perspective from time to time. I had an experience with tren enanthate. Maybe it was underdosed but it was from a popluar UGL. Tren Ace should be called Afterburner. Thats the only tren Ill consider or maybe the Hex. Again great thread... wish more people would do this.... Maybe I will

Hey guys it's been a while well my leg is all healed up at 179lb 6%body looking great got to say if I was a girl I would date my self hahaha going to try and add a few more lb by warring an extra 750calories a day wantto end up at 9%body fat at around 185-192
strenght hasn't changed much maybe 10lb more on bench but hey got shit load at the 5th week I am going 315lb 6reps 4sets at
5'4 179 got 4weeks left but I'm ready for my trip to brazil in mid dec
