It does what it's supposed to yes.Thnx for the feedback. So it does work together?
Tirz really kicks my ass if I overeat and that's actually part of the reason I like it. Keeps me from overeating or I'll suffer with bloating, gas, and sulfur burps. It does what it's supposed to yes.
I won't be using tirzepatide nor semaglutide again though because it totally fucks up my stomach.
Good to know. ThnxI think thay would be the reason you have a solid laid out diet plan that consist of timing your meals with certain macros at certain times of the day. In my personal experience tren worked well for a body recomp.. ran it all last year while taking tirizepitide.. no problems. Great progress.
affeine, and ephedrine or clen
Both sema and tirz make me swing between constipation and diarrhoea, and a few times I had to go to the hospital with really bad stomach pain from what turned out to be basically gas. I think the delayed gastric emptying hits me really hard with these compounds, and that’s what ends up causing me problems. I’ve tried even with 1mg tirzepatide, after a few weeks my stomach is in bits. I just lived with it for 9 months last year but eventually decided that the juice isn’t worth the squeeze for me. For insulin sensitivity I need to rely on good old cardio and GDAs. And in terms of hunger when cutting, I just have to live with it unfortunately.Tirz really kicks my ass if I overeat and that's actually part of the reason I like it. I tried reta from qsc and xyx for two months now at 8mg and don't notice anything so I probably won't use it again. No food noise suppression whatsoever, just an elevated heart and mines already elevated enough from test, caffeine, and ephedrine or clen so no thank you. I understand it works wonders for some but I'm not noticing any benefits over tirz to be honest. Maybe not as lethargic but that's it. Just gotta find what works for you
Yeah mine was mid to high 50s before trt. Jumped to the high 60s on trt. Jumped to low 70s on tirz. Jumped to high 70s with HGH. Jumped to low 80s with trt/HGH/reta. This is with regular weight training and cardio even. I wonder how much just cutting out the 200mg caffeine 2x a day would help. I think the big jump with trt is because I'm prescribed the cream and it has a very short half life (apply 2x/day) and converts highly to dhtBoth sema and tirz make me swing between constipation and diarrhoea, and a few times I had to go to the hospital with really bad stomach pain from what turned out to be basically gas. Maybe if reta gets approved then I’ll try that, but the increased heart rate puts me off to be honest.
Pardon me if topic already exists.
I read that trenbolone burns trough your calories.
Does anyone know what would happen if you take low dose tren while on tirzepatide. Would this make you go hypo very fast?
I used tren at 300-350mg while on the max Reta dosage with no issues whatsoever.Wondering if anyone has experience with high dose Retra and low dose Tren?
