Trestolone Decanoate

I found some raw Trestolone Decanoate, I'm being told its a liquid. Is that true?

Any insight on how I would brew this?

I have never used trest D, but to the best of my knowledge it is a liquid. You brew it just like you do a powder. Weigh it and mix it
