I did a shot of sus 250 into my tricep an it felt cool
now its hurting quite a bit... hurts to move my arm too much

realised i injected with a 23guage like a dumbass...

Is it just down to the needle size as to why it hurts?
or could it be something else?

and how long does it take to go away?

And yes i do know that im an idiot aha

It hurts becase you shot gear into a relatively smaller muscle. It will go away, probably just bruised. use bigger muscles like glutes, or quads....although many on here like delts to.....but not for me

I personally dont mind tri's.,..but I have large arms and tri's. you it is a relatively small muscle..one head is bigger than the other..you may have done in too far or used the smaller head. if you dont have to use many shots for the cycle..stick with the larger ones. also massage the injection site very firmly for about 30 seconds with an alcohol pad.

Well for this cycle im only gonna be doing 2 shots a week of sus mixed with cyp so might aswel stick to glutes delts an quads i think...
may do lats aswel...?

yeh i think i just went in to far becuase my arm was swollen pretty bad, hurts quite abit aswel
swelling is slowly going down
should be gone before next week

ill give it a few more days then if nothing ill get it seen to

Cheers people!

when doing multiple shots..i do this... left glute shot...next right...right thigh..next left...right delt...left...right trap...left....right trap...left... then tri's and back to glutes

So is it best that i do another shot in my other tricep to keep a balance?

or can i just go to glutes or delts to avoid my other arm swelling up etc...?

Although I do believe a smaller size gauge needle would lessen the pain and discomfort experienced later but I also believe some muscle groups just hurt more then others. For example I have injected in my calves, my glutes, deltoids, and quads and I always have less pain in my deltoids and glutes.

The most painful injection I ever experienced was in my quads. I swear I couldn't walk for almost 1 /12 days. And to make it worst I had an warehouse job where I had to bend and lift all night and just couldn't do it.

In both the calf and quad injection, the initial injection did not hurt but hurt like hell hours and even days later.

Perhaps freeze your needle before injection, get a smaller gauge and massage a lot after injection and this should hopefully lessen the pain. Also consider how much BA may be in the solution as well.

Don't do the other tri. Doesn't anyone do hip shots ? I googled intermuscular shot's and it is my favorite shot sight now . Never have gotten sore like the other area's.

wow you inject into your traps, ive never heard of anyone doing that...im really sensitive and any kind of touch around my neck and traps kinda tickles, i dont think i could handle a shot in my trap

Also can't believe I forgot to mention that the Sust 250 probably was a bit painful due to the propionate and phenylpropionate esters in sustanon. Test Enanthate or Cypionate maybe less painful.

Also if you are going to do tricep injections and wish to reduce pain, you may have to inject smaller mg strength as well. So instead of 250mg maybe 200mg or less.
