Tricep injury-OUCH!

Ok, so I'm mid cycle right now and was at the gym last night doing all my pressing movements. Well, was finishing up with some auxillary tricep work and doing overhead dumbell extentions. Now, my tri's are one of my stronger bodyparts but I am always carefulk to warm them up before hitting heavy weight. I had done incline bench, decline dbell bench, and military presses so they should have been pretty damn warm. Well, my first set was 100#'s for the overhead ext's. It was really light so I moved up to 120#'s for the next set of 8 reps. Feeling really good and strong I then pick up the 130# dumbell and put it up. It was not my max weight as it too felt pretty light but was more than I've done before. I cranked out 4 reps with pretty slow eccentric phase and then it happened. I felt a hot rush in the back of my left tri up high where it almost meets the rear delt area. I figured it was just a little twinge so did another rep REALLY slow. Again felt like a hot poker jabbing me in the tri so I knew immed. that something was wrong. Put the weight down and massaged it a bit. Went on to weighted dips for (3) sets (yes, that was really stupid but it did not hurt at all). Today I get up and it's sore as hell like I tore something. FUCK, right in mid cycle too. Oh well, guess I'll be avoiding all aux. tri work for awhile and let it rest a bit. Any suggestions from you guys on what else to do? I hate leaving out direct tri work but maybe this is a blessing in disguise and I'll get/keep my gains keeping up on my pressing movements.
