What do you guys think of tricep pushdowns as far as putting on mass. How do they compare to close grips, tricep dips, etc??? Should i sub them for skulls or close grips (the two things i hit my tris with currently).?

I would not ignore any type of movement. Yeah, some are better than other for mass, but if you incorporate and rotate a lot of different exercises, it keeps the muscle guessing and growing. I would rotate them in there.

Those 3 WILL put mass on your tris. And if you are wondering why the Smythe machine......well, I train alone, so it works real good without a spotter. You could also do them in a power cage.
