Holy shit I dont even know where to begin ripping this post to shreds. Other than what you said about overload, the entire rest of your post was full of bullshit, hogwash and garbage. There wasnt a single bit of accurate information in regards to your "confusion" assertion.

Quit working out at Curves and then you wont have that problem. :D
 
i think skull crushers are great too. however my elbows hurt way too much everytime i do these, even if i warm up a lot.
