alright, this is the best, and a extremely hard exercise for tri's
Just as you lay down on the flat bench for skull crushers, use the outside grip and "reverse" your hands- so your palms are now facing your face, perform the movement as you would for skull crushers. Go lighter too, I usually can do 120 for 10 reps with skull crushers, but this one I stay around 75-85lbs, but go lighter at first. Its very different feeling.
Also another one of my crazy exercises, for close grip bench, reverse your hands as well, perform the movement as normal.
