TRT 4yrs. Gains stall even when Blasting! WTF

JC456 when i started using AAS roughly 3yrs ago ive gone from a sloppy 230lbs roughly 20% bf to roughly 200lbs @12-14%. I was exceptionally out of shape and morivation and hard work and of course AAS helped to let me finally see my abs, obliques, and muscle seperation that ive only dreamed about prior to my dedication. I have recent pics ill post but unfortunately no body pics prior mt usage.
Your correct in saying i am not pushing enough calories on my bulks bcuz I fear that ill lose too much definition doing so. And as a direct result ive limited my gains substantially! Summers over and my shirt won't be coming off for another 7-8 months. So this is the time to push my diet to the extreme. Thanks for shooting me the truth.
Here's a pic of me from 2wks ago. If i can dig up a pic from where i came from you'd undertand i don't want to jeopordize being a slob w bitch tits ever again. Took me until now at 43yrs old, to get myself to this point.

And just to be clear I'm not questioning your work ethic, just your strategy. If you want to basically maintain a certain look then just stay on TrT and save your health.

My point is just that if you are going to blast, make it worthwhile. Don't blast to remain the same.

People fall into a trap of forever blasting and cruising and at some point you gotta think just maintaining your physique (give or take 10%) is a win. If you can do that and remain healthy long term, that's game set and match.

2) Denying one's youthful years have since passed with efforts to make "gains" at age 43 is ASKING for AAS complications, yet having read several of the OPs posts, he's destined to learn the hard way.

And right around the corner is a
torn rotator cuff IF that's not already occurred.

I ain't there yet but while life is far from over at 40
you can still do some cycles and put on some muscle, but you need to be careful

1 Compensate for cycling by stopping all bad habits and living a healthy lifestlye:
smoking, drinking too much, obviously no rec drugs, cheat meals, staying up at night watching stupid tv, watching porn, etc.

2 You may want to consider 70s like cycles with little or no Testosterone
i.e. Primo, Deca, Eq + Dbol/Adrol.

3 Best to stop TRT and try to restore natural Test by HCG, HMG, FSH, AI, etc.

4 high reps, 20+
