I tried doing TRT a few months ago. The problem I have is my estrogen goes up in conjunction with my testosterone. The clinic uses arimidex and they give the HCG at the same time. I quit the protocol because they believe I have either a tumor on my pituitary gland or other issue. I am using DIM by itself and my estrogen is 29. Any thoughts or help is appreciated.

What is the lab range? I assume that your 29 level is for estradiol. If it is the standard test with a range of something like <20-56, as it is for my lab, then 29 is not a bad level. I feel best when I'm around 25-30.
My estradiol is 29 when not on trt. When I go on TRT it raises. For example on trt my test is 725, my estridol is 685. They gave me arimidex daily and it did nothing. Could it be the HCG they give me at the same time as the test shot?

Damn that's high! What's the reference range on the lab?
I'd get off the hcg and recheck after a month of just test

I am on a similar TRT protocol, 200 test, 1 mg Adex and 500 HCG.
I just went on a cruise and was gone for 9 days. I split my weekly doses in half but for the cruise i decided to go with a higher dose for a week to see what would happen....i know, I know.
So I went with 400 mg of test and my HCG at the normal.
The first day was fine but 3 days later I pinned 200 mg test cyp and HCG and by the evening my wife was telling me I looked purple, no shit.
I could feel my veins in my head so I did a lot of research and found that for many HCG along with test gave very high estrogen levels.
For the next few pins I cut my HCG in half and then resumed my normal test dose.
If I ever up my test again I will drop my hag and then get bloods after a month.
Don't know if that answers anything but I hope it helps.
