50 year old male, 1st year of TRT, currently on 150mg of test e, 50mg m/w/f, 250iu of HCG m/w/f and 6 IU of GH per week
I've just recently had a blood test and everything is in range, now 2 weeks later my nips are more puffy, I tried to ignore it cause the test shows my e2 and prolactin is in range and I'm not having any other negative effects, but I'm starting to get a little worried, maybe my e2 is elevated but still in range and is causing the puffiness, I figure I could
1. Add 20mg of tamoxifen to block the receptor at my nips
2. Add some Adex in an attempted to lower the e2
3. Add 100mg of mast e to lower the e2
I'm thinking that if I chose one and wait 4 weeks and have another blood test and see what my markers are then maybe that would be the right thing to do, I'm leaning towards option 3 because I've read that people have reported great results with low dosages of test e and mast e as long as you watch your lipids and not let your e2 crash, can anyone offer any advise
cheers
