TRT/Blast blood dump?

Anyone have advice or info on blood dumping after blasting and cruising for a while?

Power Red Donation at the red cross. Will knock down your hemoglobin and hematocrit by 3-7 points. Can only donate every 112 days as it takes two units of red cells from you. Positive is the machine takes only the reds and returns the rest with added saline so you'll not lose any blood volume. Will feel great after and save/impact a few lives.
