I'm throwing this up here as a record for myself of this little quest.

Current stats:
Age: Almost 40
Height 6' 1"
Weight 232lbs
Body Fat: 20%+

Background 18 months ago I felt like shit. I was 260lbs, almost prediabetic and probably 30% BF. Ran lots of tests and found "nothing". I asked for them to check Test, just wanting a baseline moving forward as I aged, never suspecting that was the issue. It came back at 190ng/dl. Googled TRT and the computer started smoking, lol. Doctor was completely useless, told me to lose weight. I lost the first 10lbs on my own (Carnivore) then got on compounded Tirzeptide. Cut down to 218lbs. Lost muscle for sure. Test rose all the way to 300ng/dl. I said "fuck it" and got on TRT. Good, not great experience for the first year.

Round this time I was looking for cheaper TZ options and found this forum and the Chinese peptide vendors. That opened my eyes to ALL of it once you're willing throw off the shackles of the FDA. I ran 140mg Test C, 15mg TZ and 1000iu HCG for 8 months . I never loved the Test C, I cant really explain why but I felt like there was more. And now with all these vendors at my finger tips, "why not" add in HGH or try a different ester? So I'm 6 months into 2.4iu HGH (love it) and 1 month into 20mg ED of TestP.

Before all of this, in 2019 I had surgery on my shoulder. Recovery was a bitch, took a year and still wasn't 100%. In November I tweaked it and the thought of having to go through all that again freaked me out. So the goal of this "cycle" is to throw the kitchen sink at healing my should while checking tolerance on various compounds I might want to try on an actual cycle later. I'm also going to try and use some of the extra androgens to try and bring up my legs/glutes since upper body is out of the question. Going to be at maintenance calories to slight deficit since I'm still fat. So here is the plan for the next 12 weeks (I started January 1):

6 Day Split:
Quads/glutes/calfs
Shoulder PT
Rest
Hamstrings/glutes/calfs
Shoulder PT
Rest

Week 1-4 were:
20mg TestP
4iu HGH
500mcg BPC/TB500

Week 5-6
Add 10mg Anavar

Week 7-9
Add 10mg NPP
Increase to 1mg BPC/TB500

Week 10-12
Increase to 30mg TestP

Week 12-16
Adjust as necessary

The #1 goal is unfucking my shoulder. #2 is checking tolerance on Anavar and Nandrolone. #3 is bringing up my legs but I know without the calories on board the results there will be limited at best. Yes, I know the dosage are a joke to most of the studs around here, I'm not gonna run them any higher for now.
 
I've learned alot switching to TestP. The PIP was wild and 3 weeks later I still have knots from the some of the first injections. But I got it figured out and now I can tell where I injected yesterday but its only 2/10 painful and is gone in 24 hours.

SubQ needle pushed deep into glutes with warmed up oil. I think 60% of the improvement was technique and 40% was my body getting used to it.

I used to do my TestC shots in my stomach without issue, but I still have 2 lumps from 4 weeks ago when I tried that with TestP. PIP for a week
 
Someone, I won't say who, built an estrogen BOMB that went off in my body on day 3 of Anavar. To the point where I thought it might not be Anavar. I sent it off for testing. It's legit, if slight under dosed. Turns out a fucked up my HCG and mega dosed it for a week. Oops.

Anyway, on to NPP. 10mg ED added to 20mg TestP has completely eliminated the small amount of PIP that remained. So far so good with nandrolone.
