35/M. 165 lbs. BF around 20%. Roughly 120mg per week split between two injections on Sunday night and Thursday Morning. I'd say diet and lifestyle about 80% dialed in -- getting there. I feel pretty good , especially when it comes to mood/irritability. Life changing.

A bit of a lull recently, assuming due to natural shutting down, nothing major.

HCG monotherapy came after losing 60lbs with the help of GLP1 and turning my diet/life around.

All through Labcorp and last test Thursday morning before injection:

Pre TRT/HCG | HCG monotherapy only | TRT.
Total test: 483 | 562 | 1032 ng/dl.
Free: 9.5. | 8.5 | 20.9 pg/mL.
Estradiol, sensitive: 17.2 | 16.4 | 28.6 pg/mL.
Prolactin: 12.1 | 15.4 | untested ng/mL.
SHBG: 33.1 | 49.3 | 36.5 nmol/L.
Albumin: 4.5 | 4.0| 4.2 g/dl.
ALT: 11 | 20 | 20
AST: 18 | 18 | 45.
Hemoglobin: 14.8 | 13.1 | 14.4
Hematocrit: 46.3 | 41.2 | 44.4

Lipids, metabolic, psa unchanged and good. I have natural low blood pressure and its unchanged. Resting hr a little elevated to the upper 70s. Anything that sticks out? Was hoping the free test would be a little higher.

Giving TRT a run for my prior symptoms and getting lifestyle in check before I move into a first cycle

the slightly high AST could be caused by recent excercise a couple days before blood work , but otherwise, not too bad,,

Everything looks good. You mentioned elevated RHR. I’m curious what GLP you are on.

Reta of course. Ive been keeping an eye on it for a year now. Trt didn't affect it. Have meds on hand just in case (nebi, bisop, iva). I cut out nicotine/energy drinks before the trt because its impact on it.

My RHR was mid 60’s before Reta and low to mid 70’s on Reta. After 7-8 months it stayed there even on my cycles. If it would have gotten to 80 I would have addressed it.

That's about exactly my experience.

I actually tried a little bit of hgh and it made it even worse. Quit immediately.
