TRT Lab timing?

Question all...coming up on 1st lab work since starting TRT. I had everything set up in my head. I pin Tuesday evening and Saturday morning. Ill get lab work done on Saturday morning before I pin...that way im at trough and dont have to take a day off work.

Last night I go to make an appointment(Labcorp) and 2 of the closest have shut down(one of those where I initially got blood work done) and everything else within 25 miles are now closed on Saturdays. I did find one within 50 miles, but really dont wanna travel that far and its in a sketchy part of city.

So, what about getting blood work done on a Tuesday morning? That would be roughly 10 hrs sooner than next pin. Will that have any significant effect on labs compared to an hr before pin if I could do Saturdays? I wouldnt think, but I have to ask. Thx

Cant see half a day making much of a difference. When I first started my Trt I didn't know anything about troughs & timing & shot a vial of Sust just days before my scheduled blood draw. Needless to say the Doctor wasn't too happy with the numbers!
