TRT options for young male in Europe !!!!

Hi there everyone, I am a 22 years old male from UK who has been suffering a lot of symptoms of low T for the last two years but didn't know it until recently as all the blood work done through my GP came back " normal". However what I was oblivious of that the normal test levels are considered 280 - 1100 ng/dl. My total test came back at 400 ng/dl which is extremely low for my age, my free testosterone came back at 9 ng/dl. The NHS doctors will not consider to put me on trt unless my testosterone drops down to 300 and I don't know how long that is going to take. My symptoms have got a lost worse the last few months which is what prompted me to do private blood test and get to the bottom of it. At the moment I have three options, first is to get trt privately which costs 200£ per month, underground sources which costs 50£ per month and finally to fly to Romania/Poland/Czech Republic and buy it over the counter which will roughly cost 50£ . My trt protocol will be 100mg of test E/P per week split into two injections, plus hcg and arimidex to control estrogen. My question is whether people on this forum have been in several boat and can offer any useful advise? I have tried the lifestyle changes to boost T but it is getting harder to work out and function well daily as fatigue and lethargy are getting out of hand. In short I am trying to find a solution for my low T problem. I appreciate everyone's time and input.

TRT at your age is usually a bad idea especially if you are testing in the normal range, it’s not worth it. You’ll need to seriously think about whether you’d like to have children and the other long term implications

Hcg meant to keep testicular function while on trt and a lot of people who use gear manage to make their women pregnant or am I missing something?

A TT level of 400ng.dl is "NORMAL" for all age groups

And your doctors are absolutely CORRECT you dont need or require "TRT"

Locate another cause of your symptoms bc if "fatigue and lethargy" were diagnostic of "low T" darn near all of us would require "TRT" at some point in our lives!

You are clueless, do what your doctors tell you.

And don't try to buy AAS in Czech Republic or you'll end up in trouble with LE.

I brought over humatrope from Romania before, three packs of 72 iu several times but point taken.

Hmmm, I will do full thyroid panel privately. If that isn't it then I can't think of anything else. Also what do you think of tongat ali and maca?

I am not sure about Romania, to be frank, but since 2017 it's felony punishable by jail time to buy/have on you anything over 1 vial / 1 amp over in Czech Republic.

Just warning you to be safe, it's not worth getting trouble over a stupid thing like that.

Other than that, as one with medical education I can only advise you to revise your lifestyle. TRT being solution for everything is a meme. Especially if you are in 400s - which is not quite high for a young man such as yourself, but not low enough to cause notable trouble most of the time.

Vitamin d deficiency and low essential fat intake can cause low test. Do you work out now and what's your body fat%. All of this can contribute. I would start all of the above for a while then get checked again. What was your LH?

What tests have your doctors performed and what did they opine might be responsible for your symptoms?

What therapeutic suggestions did they have if any?

I started supplementing with daily vitamin d pills, I work out 3 times a week intensely at least and swim twice a week . In the last 6 months energy levels dropped a lot, after my workouts it feels exhausting to the point that I need to nap. My body fat is around 15% at the moment. I'm 188cm at 78kg and well build but I lost around 8kgs since last year and it has been very difficult to maintain my active lifestyle and I need to get my shit together asap because I am starting medical school in September so my health has to be back to optimal. Main concern in lack of energy and fogy brain some days, aesthetics are secondary concern.

My LH was 7 IU/L on the scale of 1.6 to 8.6

Full blood tests, thyroid , testosterone total and free, prolactin, LH, FSH, SGHB, DHEA, estrogen. I was offered prozac because she thought I could be possibly depressed.

When I was 20 , my total testosterone came back around 1000 so I definitely know how it feels high levesl and relatively low levels.

Ps, thank you all for your input and advise ; particularly about Czech. Possibly saved me from a trip to police station !!!
