TRT restart

Im attempting a restart or a transition to a low dose serm protocol. Im currently on 40mg of test cyp x2 weekly. Ive been on trt for 3 years. Heres my plan

week1 2000 ius eod
week2 2000 ius mon/wed/fri arimidex .25mgx2 weekly?
week3 2000 ius mon/wed/fri
week4 2000ius mon/wed/fri
blood work
start serm clomid 25mg daily

Not too sure how I should go about adding arimidex. Should I start immediately in week 1, wait until week 2 or wait until I get blood work showing elevated e2? Anyhow does this look any good? I was with a trt clinic called Peak Mens health in Ottawa Ontario Canada but my doctor closed his practise in April and I wasnt ready for a restart then so now I will attempt.
I wonder if Dr. Scally or Dr.Jim could chime in too.

After 3 years on, why you coming off?
I was with Mens peak health. I am now with the Gamma Centre out of Aurora.
I find them much better.

Im curious to know how Id feel on a low dose serm protocol. I feel better than I did before I started trt but not that much. I find it hard finding a proper protocol. What are you taking?

At Men's peak I started at 150mg once per week and then was lowered a few times, AI incorporated, then discontinued. At the end, I was 45mg twice per week.
I lowered that to 35mg twice per week because I felt I was aromatizing too much.
Now, 10mg daily SQ, dhea, and hcg 250iU x2 weekly. No AI required.
Feel the best I've felt on trt with this protocol.

I don't think you need to do 2000ius injections. 1000ius eod for two weeks maybe a month would be enough in my opinion.

But I am not a doctor lol
