Wazzup everyone! I Joined about a month ago and I'm just getting around to post an introduction. I'm 44 years old, weight is currently 265, And I've just gotten a local job driving trucks. Only been driving for about 3 years now but in that time and lifestyle I've gained roughly 85 pounds. I used to train daily and didn't have a gut ,now that I'm home I'm ready to get my body and mind on track.
