I have injured my lower back deadlifting in the past.Used to love them.
I have had an MRI done and the person who read it said aside from some minor bulging disks my lower back is in good shape.
I am pretty much pain free now, can squat but bent rows are tough. Seated cable rows are out. I would like to get back dead lifting after trying a few unsuccessful attempts over the past couple of years.
The problem is that my lower back fatigues and gets weak very easily while doing extensions or trying to deadlift(esp. at the bottom of the pull). I would be happy if this is just an indication of erector weakness..thats fixable.
I do abs 2-3 times a weak and they seem pretty strong.
Phreezer and Hoggs posts were very helpful and have inspired me to give this another go.
