Trying to make a comeback

Hey guys, I’m about to start a cycle after being off for 4-5 months. I also didn’t go to the gym during that time because of life, so I’m pretty out of shape. Main goal to lean out.

Stats - 5’9 205lbs, probably 20% bodyfat

Cycle plan as follows:
Weeks 1-10 - 500mg Sustanon/600mg Primo
Weeks 11-17 - 500mg Sustanon/350mg Tren Ace
Weeks 2-15 - 500iu hcg
Hgh throughout and after @ 4iu/day split in two doses. Have Nolva/Adex/clomid on hand.

Cardio after each gym session and clean dieting one cheat day per week. Any advice, criticism etc is welcome.

Hope you dont mind me asking but why don't you just start training again, get back in shape or at least try your best and then start your cycle? I dont think it's clever to start a cycle when you didn’t train for 5 months or so.

No seriously, i didn’t mean to be rude but I am seriously asking myself what is the point of starting a cycle if he did not even train for half a year. I don’t get it. At least get the "beginner natty" gains or however I should call it and then start your cycle.

Cause it will be accomplished in a shorter duration of time.

Just to make myself clear: If someone has never trained properly in his life, sure spend 2-3 years and learn the game, diet, training etc and then use if you want to. But for someone who knows diet, training, recovery etc, he/she can jump right in after a brief time of being accustomed to training and remember not push him/herself to the absolute limit risking injury.

Narta you hit the nail on the head. I’ve been lifting for 24 years and cycling for over 14 years. I wouldn’t go in the gym after a break and push myself to the point I’m risking “tore tendons” whatever the fuck that means. When I start back after I break I do higher rep lighter weight for the first couple weeks and very gradually increase my loads. Do I need a cycle to lean out…no, do any of us? Like Narta said, my cycle will certainly expedite my gains/fat loss.

I agree.
