TSH at 4.66 but want to use HGH

So I did bloodwork at the 7 week mark at 200mg Test E. All good but I noticed my TSH is at 4.66 and every symthome of Hypothyroidism is fitting for me.
I did Bloodwork today and tested TSH, T4 and T3 to get an appointment with an endocrinologist. Test results should be there this week.

How exactly do I proceed? Let's assume that I am prescribed T4 and get to a normal range. How strong are 4IU of GH effect my levels?

Not huge, a small adjustment may be needed to the T4 you’ll likely be getting prescribed.

But to be honest, getting your thyroid levels straightened out will do far more for your quality of life than rHGH will. Get that stable, then consider rHGH.
