Turinabol - Dose split twice a day or once a day?

I'm currently on 20mg per day, I use it mainly for a hobby sport that I go to in the evenings every other day, should I be taking the 20mg before the workout? Or should I take 10mg in the morning and 10mg in the evening? Also should I be taking the same dosage on days that I'm not going to class? I've heard people say to split the dosage but never got the reason why.

Thank you appreciate it, I'll stick to Every day dosing then, and also do you think I should I take it in the mornings on an empty or before my workout?

Tbol Only?
 
I think one thing a lot of folks don’t understand about most orals …. even with a short half life … is that when blood levels peak, it doesn’t mean the biomechanical benefits are being achieved at a cellular level.

This takes longer, in some cases double the time to realize the practical physical benefits in the gym. Agree that pulsing (unless Halo or CZ drops) is really not necessary for 99.9% of people.
 
I take 50mg each training day right before training and I've had great benefits. I enjoy training heavy and I've never felt stronger in my whole life than I do right now. Weights that were heavy-ish before feel like toys to me now. Maybe it's not useful at all for gaining mass but tbol sure is fun though.
 
Anyway, I think tbol is the least effective oral for gym gains. Everything it does anavar can do better, dbol makes you way stronger. Tbol is neutral steroid, especially being oral. Athletic enhancement is where Turinabol shines

Oral Tbol has a half life of 16hrs, the inject. Version up to 24hrs.....U take 10mg in the morning and 10mg before workout to keep the level stable!

You go for an test base right??
 
Take the tbol all at once in the morning before you eat, as stated above it has a long half life of 16 hours, if your not already you should be using test because the tbol will shut you down.

It's best to use this compound for 8 weeks as it's a slow burner, you won't blow up with it but it is brilliant for athletic performance, hope this helped.

Good description. Although 5 to 8 weeks with Turinabol is what I'd recommend. Everything else pretty much agreed.

Yeah, my first time adding tbol in I didn't feel much for the first five days, and then BLAM my strength endurance shot up. More reps and sets with the same weights. It sneaks up on you.
 
I'm of the opinion that you get the most benefit with the least sides using it pre workout only. The sides start to compile when you never give your liver and kidneys a break. I find I can run orals longer and get less sides with 90% of the gains dosing it once daily pre workout. But of course it's individual and you need to find what works best for you. Best of luck.

I was under the impression Tbol adds more size than Var[?]. Both have similar potency and toxicity levels, but Var has the edge in terms of strength and conditioning while Tbol has the edge in terms of gaining lean mass. That’s why oral-junkies tend to stack the two, to get the best of both worlds.

And the Dbol comparison, in my opinion, is a bit unfair given Tbol is literally known as baby Dbol. Tbol was invented to eliminate the water retention as well as minimize the estrogenic side effects of Dbol. With that being said, although weight gain is drastically greater with Dbol, studies suggest there is no significant difference in LEAN MUSCLE gain and the weight difference is primarily the water retention. The comparison I’ll make is: Dbol making “you way stronger” than Tbol is like saying creatine makes you way stronger than no creatine (just on a much larger scale ofc). Dbol causes some water retention, obviously increasing bodyweight, which adds power/strength, like an androgenic-anabolic-creatine.
