There’s wildly conflicting information here. What’s the standard cycle for its first time use?

The average place says; 25mcg week 1&2, 37.5mcv week 3&4, 50mcg week 5&6, 37.5mcg week 7&8 and then 25mcg week 9&10.
 
Are you still going to be on AAS? T3 will eat your muscle if you are off cycle...QUICK

And if you are on cycle...
Try 50mcg for 10-12 weeks.
I like to use ephedrine and caffeine for preworkout when cutting body fat.

Keep protein high, carbs mostly breakfast and around your workouts. Eat lots of green veggies.

Start doing cardio 5-7x a week at 30min and add 5m every week.

Keep lifting heavy... to keep your muscle.

This should drop the BF off nicely in a few months.

Ah, you see this is why I ask these things. I’m just cruising for now. I’m going to hop back on a blast in September or October. By the sounds of it, I’ll wait until then.

I do a relatively ‘legit’ ‘TRT’ cruise staying at 800-900 ng/dl.
 
Just to cut down perhaps 2%-3% more body fat faster. I’m just coming off three months of Tren and it melted me. I Just wanna lose a bit more at a quicker rate.
Warning!!!! T3 will increase your appetite big time, I just stopped it after 4 days because of this. Weight loss drug that has a side affect of increased eating, no thank you.
