Unusual ideas for meals

What I'm about to say may be upsetting, especially to small children, but each day this week, my breakfast is: Three servings oatmeal mixed with two cans of tuna and four tablespoons of cottage cheese. Tastes ok to me and is full of complex carbs and gets me off to a good start in getting enough protein (tuna and cottage cheese), with almost no fat.

I'm in my mid 30's, so eating healthy is very important for me as I consume 3-5 K calories each day while gaining good weight. With my protein shakes, I mix 2 tablespoons of NATURAL peanut butter or walnut butter. Natural peanut butter is EXPENSIVE  and not available in many supermarkets, but it is a great source of calories and protein.

Anyone else have unusual/effective meal plans?

I'm always looking to add protein to everything I eat. When I eat a yogurt cup I add a scoop of protein powder - simple way to turn 9 grams into 34 grams. I also add protein powder to cottage cheese, but I don't mix in the tuna. Thats pushing it.

I also make taco salad with two cans of tuna and some hot sauce from taco bell!
