Unwell, symptoms of Low T at 23. Had bloodwork. Doctors will NOT help me.

By 100mg test e 2x a week i mean 2shots 50mg each....

Might as well try it mate... So that dose will shut down my natty production and I will need to use aromasin, hCG and then Nolva+Clomid PCT? If it will shut me down then I'd probably even just cycle at 400 mg tbh lol.

Do you have any other symptoms? Anything?

Fatigue, fluctuating pulse, fluctuating blood pressure and temperature, acid reflux, feel heartbeat in throat during adrenaline dump it sounds like bubbles bursting, fat storage around lower abdomen and face despite low weight, inability to make gains with correct macros and consistent training, insomnia despite the chronic fatigue, no libido, can't get full erections (rarely)/never wake up with morning wood, physically weak.

That's all I can think of.

I'm thinking a lot is psychological. Try to get into the best shape you can and see if your opinions about yourself don't improve. I bet you if you started to think better about yourself alot of your issues would go away. The mind is an incredible thing and if you think you're sick long enough you can literally make yourself sick.

Wtf, 22/23 yrs old 154 lbs, cant run mile, 5ft 11in. Try to lift and eat rite, no drugs/no drinking...Fuck dem doctors... you need some testosterone!!! Learn about pct, ancillaries, and gear... but for real i have been blessed to have good genetics and decent to good test naturally. I didnt have to juice until 33 and i probably didnt need to then, but i couldnt resist!! Lmfao. Anyway if i was in your position and legitimately needed test to be normal or achieve gains. I would start low, 100MG TEST E, TWICE A WEEK. Doing this dose of good gear from a trusted source should get you normal...some people might not agree with me but for fucks sake, who wants to remember their fuckin 20's feeling like their 50's...fuck that mate, get your research on,get your swole on,then get your fuck on= no more depression... PROBLEM SOLVED

Yep, exactly what I suggested, even if ultimately not the cause, at least this will let him get that nagging suspicion off his chest. 100 or 150ml per week, divided in two shots, should do it.

Plenty on this site about PCT, and since this is just a 4-5 week test, might not have to worry about it, if you all of a sudden feel great while on T, since any blood work done post this minicycle should definitely be low enough to get you on TRT.

I'll duck now and let the docs tell me how wrong I am.

I'm not gonna try and diagnose you, seeing how I'm a construction worker and not even pretending to be a Dr.... but for comparison, I had similar symptoms from an auto immune disease and saw improvement when I controlled my disease.

Be aware that going on testosterone is gonna be a life long commitment and not a decision to be taken lightly. It may just mask problems of an untreated illness.

And if you do decide to go that route, start off with a trt dose.

. I am not sure what Dr. Jim thinks

I'm thinking the devil is in the details and FOUR DOCTORS evaluated you and came to the same conclusion, your problem is not mediated by LOW T!

What you post a few paragraphs on an AAS forum and want an opinion ABSENT the details those Docs were privy to.

Sorry fella been there done that but I can't and won't endorse such therapy, as TRT does NOT reverse those signs and or symptoms due to endogenous depression, it only masks the causation which WILL remit in short course.

Treat your emotional disorder (rather than blatantly denying it's relevance) FIRST and perhaps thereafter TRT may be a worthwhile endeavor.

DO NOT do a steroid cycle. Geez. So much terrible advice on here.

Chances are your issues are not due to Testosterone. You can go look back through my threads and read my journey. I started posting on here when I was about your age, and the root cause of my issues was almost undoubtedly not low T. I did end up on TRT and am now trying to quit.

I will say that, in combination with lifting weights, TRT did make me more muscular than I would naturally be. But, in my opinion, that's not worth the downsides of being on TRT.

Do you live at a northern latitude? Any improvement in your symptoms during the summer?

Thought I would update in case anybody else struggles with similar symptoms, I went through a number of tests. I did not like the thyroid numbers as they were borderline what I heard is good. I had thyroid tested a few times and it kept bouncing back between hypothyroid and normal. NO antibodies, but still this was happening. TSH would be high-ish one time then on a test the very next day be 7.something, and other times normal, then borderline etc, just going haywire basically.

I started taking thyroid replacement and have not had a single "episode" since.

I still wonder whether I should experiment trying to come off just in case it was something else, but I don't know, I feel good now. My testosterone has also raised a bit, I don't remember results of my last blood test but it was more normal... Low but more acceptable and in line with what I've seen other guys on BBing forums report.

I am on finasteride, I think that can have an effect (but still could not get hard that easy prior to taking finasteride). But my nan recently got diagnosed as hypothyroid so it may be a hereditary thing.

- get off finasteride
- have a complete stool test done to screen for intestinal bugs/candida and start a course of natural treatments if needed (caprylic acid, grape seed extract, garlic)
- remove dairy and gluten from your diet
- remove alcohol completely
- start a course of clomid for a few months
- get your E2 checked and hop on low dose aromasin if necessary

Finasteride can be disaster for sexual function and mood. Are you on any other meds? Also, cycling can be an emotional and sexual rollercoaster for many, it might get less so or it might always be that way.

Testing T alone in inconclusive, you need Free T as well. T of 395 can be just fine if FT is in range ... or you can have T in the 500s with low free T and that is not good. Note: free T needs to be Direct (actual) not calculated.

Also get E2 tested. DHT and progesterone are probably messed up by finasteride and will take time to correct. Better to be bald than miserable.

Its common to pull out the hypochondriac word when the answer is not clear ... a hundred years ago multiple sclerosis was considered hysteria and some prescribed beatings.

To cover your bases, start seeing a psychologist. There is no shame and there is nothing wrong with counsel (after all you are looking for advice here in crazy hyperspace). They can help you navigate the medical system to get help. They can help to learn skills for dealing with anxiety/depression, etc. Consider that you will find some answers there, and if there are underlying medical problems, they will tell your doctors and it will cause them to shut up and do their job. Am not saying they have not tried - you have had a number of good test - but they have not succeeded.

Thanks guys, I seem to be okay now though. I only updated the thread for any "Googlers" who search the internet for symptoms like what I had, find this thread and want answers. I have felt well since taking thyroid medication with no more weird symptoms. Whether that's a coincidence or not I don't know...

So, in the end your symptoms were in fact all related to hypothyroidism - and now generally you feel better?
What meds do you take for it - T4?
